ׂ╰┈➤Any commissioned art may be posted on my social medias and/or used as examples of past commission work unless requested otherwise. If you would like to make sure I tag you in these posts or you would like to opt out of having the art posted at all, you can inform me and I will respect your wishes.
ׂ╰┈➤Absolutely under NO circumstances use my art to train AI or feed into an AI to create a new image.
ׂ╰┈➤You cannot request a refund after the first progress picture is sent and I have started the commission.
ׂ╰┈➤If there is something you'd like me to change about the commission, tell me!
ׂ╰┈➤You may use your art in any personal or creative way WITH appropriate credit. This includes using as reference art for an OC, a music video, profile picture, banner, ect. You may not sell my art in any way such as including in an adopt package, selling stickers, selling shirts, etc. If you would like to commission art that you intend to use to sell in some way, ask and we can negotiate a commercial use price which will enable you to use my design.
ׂ╰┈➤It is possible to pay a "Rush Fee" depending on circumstances. If you're interested, ask me and we can discuss this!
